Welcome to RawLandHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an online marketplace for buying and selling raw land. By using our website or app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

These terms govern your access to and use of the RawLandHub platform, including all AI tools, listing features, messaging, and buyer-seller marketplace functions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or create an account. If you’re between 13–17, you must have parent or guardian consent.
By using the Service, you confirm you are legally able to enter into contracts and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Accounts found to be created by minors under 13 will be immediately suspended in accordance with COPPA regulations.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

Creating an Account

To list land as a seller, create an account with accurate information (e.g., email, name).
You are responsible for your account security, including your password and any activity performed under your account.
Do not share your login credentials with others.

All subscriptions are paid via Stripe and auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount.

3. Using the Service

For Sellers

You can post listings for raw land including descriptions, photos, acreage, and pricing.
Use our AI tools (powered by OpenAI) to generate listing content — but always review and edit for accuracy before publishing.
Listings must be truthful and accurate. No illegal, fraudulent, or misleading information.

For Buyers

Browse and contact sellers for free. No account required to view listings.
We do not facilitate or handle transactions. All deals are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.
RawLandHub is not responsible for the outcome of any buyer-seller transaction.

Prohibited Activities

Spam, fraudulent listings, or deceptive practices
Illegal activities or violations of others’ rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)
Posting listings for properties you don’t own or have no authority to sell
Automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized data extraction

AI Features

AI-generated content (descriptions, valuations, social posts) is for assistance only.
You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs before use.
RawLandHub is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical issues on our end, at our sole discretion.
We use Stripe for all payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year.
If you cancel before your renewal date, you retain access through the end of your paid period.
For billing disputes or refund requests, contact support@rawlandhub.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

Your listings, photos, and descriptions remain your property.
By posting on RawLandHub, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listings on the Service.

Our Content

RawLandHub’s AI tools, platform code, design, branding, and all site content are our exclusive property.
Do not copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute our content without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for deals made between buyers and sellers, listing accuracy, property values, or AI-generated outputs.
RawLandHub does not act as a real estate agent, broker, or financial advisor.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in your last subscription period.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Always conduct your own due diligence before entering any land transaction. RawLandHub is a marketplace platform only.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account anytime from your dashboard settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the Service and all associated data may be removed.
Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Arkansas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you via email and/or on-site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
