If you choose to cancel before day 7, you are not charged. It's as simple as that.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you retain full access through the period you already paid for. There are no fees for switching plans.
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you haven't published any live listings. Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. If you were charged in error or have an unusual circumstance, contact support and we'll resolve it within one business day.
If you cancel a paid plan, your account drops to the Free tier at the end of your current billing period. On the Free plan you can keep 1 active listing live. If you have more than 1 listing, they remain saved but inactive — they are not deleted. You can re-activate them if you re-subscribe. Your messaging history, listing data, and account information are never deleted.
If you're planning to keep a listing active for more than 2–3 months, the annual plan saves you 20% and works out to effectively 2 free months per year. For Pro, that's $144/year vs $180/year monthly. Given that vacant land typically takes 30–90 days to sell, most sellers who use the platform for a full sale cycle find the annual plan the better value.
Pro gives you 10 active listings — which covers 8 parcels with room to add 2 more. If you're actively adding parcels or anticipate going over 10, Premium gives you unlimited listings for $30/month.
