After signing up, go to My Listings → Add New Listing. Enter your APN, state, county, and acreage. The AI description writer activates once you add basic details. Your listing goes live after you confirm details and click Publish. Total time: under 5 minutes.
Enter your parcel's APN, county, state, acreage, access type, and zoning. The AI pulls comparable land sales from your area and analyzes 40+ data points to produce a market value range. Results appear in about 30 seconds. Available on Pro and Premium plans.
Three most common reasons: (1) Your listing is set to Draft — check status and click Publish. (2) Your plan's listing limit is reached — upgrade to add more active listings. (3) Required fields are incomplete — check for missing fields in your listing editor.
In the listing editor, scroll to Financing Options and toggle Owner Financing Available to On. Enter your proposed terms — down payment percentage, interest rate, and term length. The owner financing badge appears on your listing immediately.
Go to Account → Subscription → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. You're only charged the prorated difference for your current billing period.

Most issues are resolved faster via live chat than phone — the team can pull your account, check your listing, and act in real time.
